The sorts of things we get up to

Thanks to all who came and took part in the activities at All Sorts yesterday.

We gave out Loving, Living, Giving information packs to all our All Sorts families, explaining how we can all be stewards of the church and help support our work in the community.

All the crafts and the meals at All Sorts are funded by our volunteers every month. If your family enjoys the activities please consider giving something back. You could also contribute by getting a co-op membership card which will help boost our funds.

Please return the response form in your pack and help ensure church events continue to reach out to families in Cottingley.

The All Sorts Noah’s Ark was full to the rafters on 11 May.

We had so much fun building boats, making animal necklaces and finding out what happened when the rain came down.

Thanks to our lovely All Sorters and to our wonderful volunteers!

We celebrated a wonderful occasion this afternoon when Bethany aged 4 was Baptised. Bethany made the decision herself to be Baptised and make her promises to God.

Today’s service was a very special occasion with a teddy bear picnic theme! Vicar Malcolm said it was the first time he’d had a congregation full of bears!

The amazing teddy cake was made by Jo-Ann Hendry - what a beautiful and delicious work of art!

Well done Bethany, may the grace and blessings you receive from God guide you throughout your life.
