We will remember them

A moving Remembrance Day Service was held in Cottingley today.

We were joined by members from the Town Hall Church and people from the local community to remember those who have given their lives in war.

Guides, Brownies and Rainbows took part in the service and led the readings beautifully. We then all paraded through Cornerstones and around Littlelands to the War memorial to lay the wreaths before the two minute silence.

Later in the day we held a special service of Commemoration, with time for prayer and lighting of candles of those we have loved and lost.

We will remember them.
