The Queen's 90th Birthday Celebrations

The Cornerstone Centre and St Michael’s Church, in conjunction with other Cottingley organisations and user groups, are pleased to announce The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations!

Our celebrations will be in two parts:

11 May – 11 June:

Cottingley’s ‘90 Acts of Kindness’

and

Preparing entries for the Community Competitions –

Adults: Decorate a cake fit for a Queen

5-11’s: Decorate a commemorative paper plate for the Queen’s 90th Birthday

Under 5’s: Decorate a paper plate in red, white and blue.

11-12 June:

11 June, 10am – 12pm - Queen’s Coffee Morning with children’s activities. Toast to the Queen at 11.30am followed by competition prize winners announcement.

12 June, 10am - Service of Thanksgiving for the Queen’s 90 years and for her life of service and a celebration of community in Cottingley.
