A fond farewell to Betty

We sadly said Goodbye to Revd Betty Pedley in March, who left St Michael’s after being involved in our church for the last four years.

Betty has been an inspirational leader, conducting services and expertly preparing and delivering children’s activities of an extremely high standard.

She has been integral to us becoming a Jesus-shaped People church and we are truly grateful for all she has done for us during the vacancy period.

Our very special thanks go to Betty who put in an extraordinary effort arranging all the displays and ensuring the events went smoothly for the Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations.

Betty will continue her ministry and has moved on to help other parishes in Bradford.

A truly amazing lady – thank you Betty, we will miss you!
